Kate has been a licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine in the state of New Mexico since 2002 y se habla espanol. She has worked and studied in hospitals in Bejing and Chengdu, China. She has a general medicine practice with a focus on pediatrics, adolescent and women’s health. She uses many modalities in her practice including acupuncture, classical Chinese herbal medicine, homeopathy, cranio-sacral techniques and grounding body-breath awareness practices. She has been offering breast thermography in New Mexico since 2008. Kate has been learning about and practicing Sa’am acupuncture since 2018 and finds it to be a beautifully simple and profoundly effective style of acupuncture which gives her joy to practice. She lives in Santa Fe with her two daughters and her dogs.
