This is a point location query. In threading the needle up the arm are we actually sort of on the yin aspect of the
arm where it is fleshier? Hope what I am asking is clear.

I usually find a pretty clear ‘hole’ most often right at the yin aspect / yang aspect border.

Thanks Toby. I am just now seeing this here. It seems that you are needling at almost a 45degree angle as opposed
to threading.
