Grief in Saam: which channel?

I have a patient who is grieving the loss of her mother who passed re a year ago. She had a stressful busy job which
provided no time to mourn and has recently quit that job and is having sleeping issues and more hot flashes which
I’ve helped with using Small Intestine but her sleep is still irregular. Her lung pulse is deep and tight and stood out
from the other pulses this week more than in the past; before Saam this signified grief to me. I’m treating Lung
with Saam right now, but wondering if grief goes with lung in Saam?? If not, which channel?

What we call grief, like anxiety and fear, can manifest in many ways, so you always want to look to the elemental
physical signs, as Sharon Weizenbaum likes to call them. How is physiology being affected?
That being said, with prolonged grief I first look for signs of Lung excess- are they just not able to let go- or
Kidney excess- are they just stuck.
