Hello! I have a complicated patient with a lot going on but her most pressing issue at this point is waking up with
the a migraine most mornings that is felt at the top of her mouth/soft palate/possibly sphenoid sinus area. Basically
right in the centre of her head She is very sensitive to treatment of any kind, and I just wanted to get some advice
before treating her tomorrow. Wondering if it is possible to use channel diagnosis when it seems to be along the
du/ren meridian and where they link up. I believe there is no points or balancing methods for these meridians, is
that correct?

Is this a first treatment for her? I’d suggest first looking at her through a Sa’am archetype lens and see if there is
something that would fit. ST meridian, LI meridian are on her MC trajectory. I have seen migraines feeling like it is
a pressurerespond well with supplementing PC+. If someone has a clear excess then sometimes supplementing the
counterbalancing pair can clear up a host of symptoms.
Toby will be teaching a class in the fall where Du/Ren will be discussed in addition to breaking up combos to
support a treatment. But for the first treatment and given this is a sensitive patient I would not be using those
additional Du/Ren points at first.
