Does ulcerative colitis belong to PC excess?

The concave presentation of PC excess… would that include ulcerations such as seen in ulcerative colitis?
I actually saw someone’s colonoscopy photos (always a treat). her colon is all sorts of inflamed. there are puffy
pockets, and also inflamed sunken-in pockets. is that considered a GEM for PC excess?
this patient also brings a legal pad written with lots of notes, and takes copious notes when we talk.
But she always asks the same questions –> I can’t figure out if this is the librarian coming through, or more of a
density/lack of clarity. thoughts?

Concavities are a gem for P excess, but couldn’t the puffy areas also be seen as convexities- a gem for GB excess?
Findings made by imaging have less clinical weight that what is readily sensed w/o technology.

If she believes that she is being smart, add that to the P excess pile. Her behavior could have multiple potential
origins.

I had read that elsewhere before, hopefully this time it’ll hang around my brain for real.23/01/2024, 11:38Does ulcerative colitis belong to PC excess? – Sa’am Clinical Questions – Qiological Community

ok… so the librarian archetype isn’t just a meek rule follower, but someone who is into being smart. I don’t have a
good grasp of PC excess yet. will keep looking… thank you, again.

Pericardium excess is described as Calm Intelligence in the powerpoint. Here are some of my musings:
The movement of P is drawing in and down, just as GB pushes out and up. The intelligence of P is the jueyin
closing inward coupled with the clarity of fire to understand. It sounds like your patient has impulse to draw in
information but isn’t great at the understanding part or maybe just doesn’t have confidence in what she is
understanding. That she asks again and again at least means that she values knowing.

this is so helpful. I used your musings to tease out a PC/GB pattern this morning: someone who feels so much
anger, but is keeping it to herself, feels victimized, immobilized, preyed upon; but also has sudden headaches in gb
20 area, hot, dizzy, insomnia, acne on neck gb channel… I didn’t know which pole was needed. Then saw

I asked her if she feels dumber than normal, and she said YES!
so PC+ it was; and boy did she calm down.
THANK YOU!

You probably can’t ask everyone that question.
There are plenty of cases where the P/GB dynamic is tricky. Are they feeling oppressed because they don’t have
enough umph to push back out or because they are hyperreactive and feel oppressed by every little thing. Because23/01/2024, 11:38Does ulcerative colitis belong to PC excess? – Sa’am Clinical Questions – Qiological Community

not all GB excess scenarios end with full on eruptions to the outside.
I just submitted the ultimate GB/P zebra case for the advanced class. Can’t wait to see other people’s challenging
cases.
