Lightening up a Heavy Footed Patient

Sa’Am is so intense when you plug into it! I have this patient with the heaviest footsteps I have ever encountered.
When she walks, the floor shakes! That slow deliberate walk. For that and of course other reasons, I went with PC
excess, supplemented SanJiao and I kid you NOT!!! On leaving the clinic, her footsteps were a good 60-70%
lighter!

@Daniel Just to clarify – you went with which excess that prompted you to supplement SJ?

oh Sorry, I was typing fast . . . it was definitely a Liver Excess! Thanks for catching that.
and I realise the slow deliberate movement thing is PC
she has a lot of PC and Liver to be honest
but there is this oblivious rudeness I wanted to address and this deep darkness
and some serious issues with light!
she actually has several patterns
there is also a severe Spleen excess in some ways
anyway – really, I just wanted to note how remarkable the lightening of her step was right after a SanJiao
supplementation
interestingly , she has severe insomnia
and after that treatment, she slept like a log through the whole night

Though P+ and Liv+ are the first thoughts to treat insomnia, it seems that like anxiety, excess of any of the
channels can contribute. I have a patient on the table right now for whom GB + has really helped is low back pain30/01/2024, 13:38Lightening up a Heavy Footed Patient – Sa’am Clinical Insights – Qiological Community

AND his long term insomnia, which involved falling asleep on the couch at 7pm, waking after 2 hours and then
being unable to fall back asleep.

yes, I find one of the few reliable principles in Chinese Medicine is “anything can be anything”!
